TIME TO GET

The time in which you have your order at home depends on where you are and the time of the purchase. We recommend you, if you want to expedite your order, to follow these two tips:
-Make your order before 6 pm and it will be sent on the same day
-If you place your order on Friday or at the weekend, we can not ship until the following Monday

These are approximate shipping time:

-Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): 24-72 hours
-Balearic and Canary Islands: 48-72 hours
-Europe: 2-5 working days
-Rest of the world: 10-20 days

RETURN POLICY

Once you buy a product on our website, you can exchange or return if it is in perfect condition. When receiving your item, if you check that it is not your size or simply you decide to replace it , don't you worry, we will exchange or refund your money.
Contact us by email, phone or whatsapp before shipping any items back. We order delivery and pick up again above generally in the same time without additional charge to you.
If with a second incoming you are still not satisfied with the item, you can choose to return or change it back . In either case you must send at your expense in the previous article.

On international shipments outside the Euro zone , the shipping are borne by the company for the most part so we can take care of the collection . So, to make the change or refund you must send the item and we will send you a new one when we receive the product.
The refund of money for a returned item will be by bank transfer in case the customer have paid with credit card or by bank transfer; in the case of payment by Paypal we will proceed to refund the same through this channel.
